Last week, the clocks went back. It is that time of the year when we transition from lighter evenings to shorter days and colder temperatures.

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, each season affects specific organs and Autumn is related to the lungs. As this is the season we are most likely to fall ill with the common cold, it is important to look after our lung energy.

Coughs, sore throat, foggy head, fatigue, achy body and headaches are some of the symptoms that I am currently treating with the change in weather.

So, do something to boost your immune system now. Acupuncture can help rebalance your energy, regulate the Qi and activate the immune system.
