A gentle reset for the season ahead

As summer begins to fade, there’s often a subtle shift in the way we feel.

The days are getting shorter, routines are changing and life somehow seems to gather momentum again.

Perhaps you’ve noticed it too. The feeling of moving from the slower, lighter pace of summer back into fuller diaries, darker mornings and longer to-do lists.

You might be feeling more tired than usual, finding it harder to switch off at night, carrying tension in your shoulders or simply feeling a little out of balance.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the changing seasons are an opportunity to pause and pay attention to what our bodies are asking for.

Rather than pushing through, this can be a wonderful time to slow down, restore your energy and create a little more space for yourself.

Make sure you give your nervous system the chance to settle, your body the opportunity to rest and your mind some much-needed breathing space.

Whether you’re feeling exhausted, stressed, tense, unsettled or simply in need of some time for yourself, you’re very welcome in the clinic.
