I have studied Naturopathy in the College of Naturopathic Medicine. This was an intensive training programme that covered clinical science, biomedicine as well as natural healing techniques such as herbal medicine, naturopathic nutrition, flower remedies, homeopathy and tissues salts.


Naturopathic treatment begins with an in-dept consultation that lasts typically for an hour. I will ask questions with respect to your health history, diet, sleeping patterns and energy levels. After a reading of your pulse and your tongue we will work together to find the deeper cause of your symptoms. After which, I will prepare a treatment plan that will be designed to address your specific health needs. 


Sometimes I recommend getting a few laboratory tests to help determine the exact areas that are causing an imbalance. I work with Genova Diagnostics which offer functional diagnostic tests, including:

  • Allergies (IgE, IgG)
  • Adrenal function and stress response
  • Digestive function profile
  • Hormonal health
  • Thyroid function (T3/T4/TSH)
